Portobello Road gin is served warm with Fresh mint, a hint of rose and Moroccan mint tea
Spiced Hot Buttered Rum
Our classic hot buttered rum has been blended with fresh Ginger, Saffron infused butter mix and Sailor jerry’s spiced rum.
White Nut Alnog
Egg nog has the almond treatment, Hot almond milk is infused with Madagascan Vanilla and Cinnamon then topped with Blackwell’s Rum
Warm Bramble Wine
Mulled wine with a difference, Mulled with fresh berries, star anise, cardamom, limes and cloves, Then topped with Zubrowka for good measure.
This golden Bellini has more than meets the eye, behind the pomegranate seeds lies Courvoisier , apricot brandy, elderflower then finished with Prosecco.

Naked Grouse whisky is stirred with Grand Marnier, chocolate bitters and homemade date & pistachio puree.
Medina Delight Martini
This Moroccan delight is made with Black Cow Vodka, Lanique Rose Liqueur, Chocolate liqueur, lemon juice and rose water.

Ginger Lady – Portobello Road gin is shaken into shape with Cointreau, gingerbread syrup, lemon and an egg white. A ginger twist on a classic White Lady.
Mezcal Negroni – Our Montelobos Joven Mezcal infusion has cloves, orange peel, cinnamon and nutmeg. We take this; stir in some Cynar and Campari to give you our version of the Italian favourite.
Hot Tropical Toddy – Naked Grouse whisky with a homemade mix of fresh ginger, lemon, honey and pineapple juice to finish. A tropical retreat in the cold winter nights.
Zubrowka Passion – A sweet and sour mix of Zubrowka Bison grass Vodka and passionfruit syrup; finished with apple juice and lemon. Served over crushed ice for an easy finish.
Manhattan Sour – Four Roses Bourbon Whiskey, Martini Rosso, Maraschino liqueur, Angostura Bitters, fresh lemon and an egg white for a perfectly balanced twist on a Manhattan.
The Original Prosecco Cocktail – The original cocktail dates back to the 1870’s; sugar doused in angostura bitters, then layered with Courvoisier and topped with Prosecco to bring it up to date.

Winter Island – A fruity mix of winter spices and exotic flavours. Wray & Nephew overproof rum, Aperol and Koko Kanu coconut rum is blended with passionfruit syrup, apple juice, cinnamon and mixed spices.
Deer & Beer – A can of 12th of Never Ale by Lagunitas and a shot of Jagermister served together in the style of a boiler maker.
